CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are currently looking for new colleagues in Örebro.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has basic knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You must hold a Category B driver's license and enjoy physical work. It is important that you are comfortable driving vehicles for which you have a license or permit, such as an e-bike, moped, or car.

Experience in similar roles is an advantage, but we value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work the most. Your personal qualities are key during the recruitment process.

Your daily routine

The operation is open on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00 and 16:30.

• Morning: The day begins with preparing for the day's delivery. You and your colleagues will sort the day's mail and parcels.
• Daytime: Delivery takes place in your assigned area. We primarily use e-bikes, but depending on your route, you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle.
• Afternoon: Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to handle administration and prepare for the next day's work.

Employment type

This is a hourly position where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. Working hours and scope vary depending on the day and operational needs. We prefer candidates who are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. The employment begins with an introduction to ensure you have the best conditions for success.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting salary is 150 SEK/hour (including 12% holiday pay), which equals 134 SEK/hour excluding holiday pay.
